Thank you for shopping at Zenshop! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 45 days of your purchase via E-Wallet, if 45 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

To return an item, it must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received

- The item should still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

If these requirements are met, please feel free to send the item back via courier so we can assist you with your refund request.
