Thank you for shopping at Zenshop! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

To return an item, it must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received

- The item should still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

If these requirements are met, please feel free to drop-off our store along with the item and the receipt so we can assist you with your refund request.
